Entertainment In Video has been working with Orchid since November 2008, and have been working with Lysa Campbell and Laurence Stone now for eight years.

Lysa and Laurence have always provided excellent service and are always willing to put forward ideas and adapt solutions to any issues we encounter, having worked on some of our largest releases - from the Lord of the Rings films to Sex and the City and so on – they have always handled the work with ease. EIV would give them 9/10 for their performance in coordinating and reporting back our field marketing activity, and they have occasionally exceeded expectations by going out of their way to provide particular data and in the form that is most useful to us.

Kodak – JANUARY 2009

Demonstration Days

Orchid Field Marketing undertook a share of Kodak’s ongoing retailer demonstration support plan in areas that were historically difficult to recruit for. Despite demanding seasonality challenges, recruitment had been completed and face to face product delivered with the team live in store the following week. Orchid’s unique approach far exceeded expectations, delivering coverage of 99% and sales  well in excess of  target, despite facing diminishing stock and replenishment issues.
 
We were delighted with the focus and initiative displayed by the Orchid team and would have no hesitation in recommending their field services.
